It will be a different year!


We are a popular Midcentury, Design & Interiors focused organising 'Live' shows since 2012. If you sell good quality Midcentury & Vintage Furniture, Lighting, Artwork, Ceramics, Glass and general cool stuff that fits with our show look & style, we would love to hear from you!


2021 will be a different year with a mixture of 

'Virtual' & 'Live' shows (hopefully later in the year) However we showcase our traders to the public, we want to continue to be the go-to place to find the best selection of Vintage & Midcentury in the UK.

Show Requirements & Booking T&C's

Sell from Instagram in 2021

With more and more customers moving to online shopping it’s the perfect chance to reach new customers whilst our live events are on hold.

Virtual 'stalls' are £30

Each dealer will get an introductory post on the Vintage Home Show Instagram main grid.

This will comprise of a carousel of images…

1. Introductory photo - this needs to be an image that really sells your stock and your business. It could be a stall picture or an image of a selection of your stock.

2. A photo an item or items you’ll have for sale on the day.

3. An image of you – so customers can see who they are interacting with.​


To compliment the images we will also include a description about your business. Keep it clear and concise.

Each dealer will also get an introductory story. This will include your business name, your introductory photo and a tag to your Instagram page.


We will be sharing other stories throughout the day and directly tagging your Instagram pages. Don’t forget to tag us in your stories @vintagehomeshow so we can reshare some of them. All of our stories from the day will be put into a highlight to customers can view and shop after the ‘live’ times.


Customers will be directed to your pages on the day so we expect you to be sharing lots of stock on your grid and stories throughout the day. We’ve been watching virtual events happen over the last few months and it’s clear that those traders who are active and engaging get the best results. Make it easy for your customers to see what you have for sale and to buy from you.


To confirm your stall we need the following from you by the advertised deadline.

1. Introductory image – showcase the best of your business. This can be a stall image or a curated collection of stock.

2. 1-3 images of items you will have for sale. Please include pricing.

3. An image of you.

4. A short description about your business to include in your introductory tile.

We will be running paid adverts before the event to drive traffic to our Instagram page on the day and pushing heavily on our social media throughout the month. Oh and not to forget sending a Newsletter to our mailing list subscribers.


This is a great chance to find new customers, increase your following and make some all-important sales. We’d like you to treat this as if it where a normal vintage home show. Set up your stall, get amazing stock ready and be prepared (cuppa in hand) to chat with your customers. 


Virtual Event Requirements and Terms & Conditions

1. You must promote the event to my own Instagram followers and actively promote your items via photos or videos on Instagram on the event day

2. You must post clear photographs of items for sale in keeping with the Vintage Home Show brand values and guidance (see the website for details)

3. You must commence posting of items for sale with price information within the allotted times of the show

4. Goods should be original vintage or antique, and at least 25 years old

5. No reproduction or upcycled items please


Booking Terms & Conditions:

1. You are booked to take part in the date specified on your booking only, this booking is not transferable to another date

2. The booking fee is not refundable

3. You must have an Instagram account that has business related content.
